Wednesday, May 15: Protecting Students with Disabilities from Sexual Assault from 1-4pm. Presenters Dr. Scott Modell, Deputy Commissioner for the Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities for the State of Tennessee, and Katie Bridgewater, Project Coordinator for the New Mexico Coalition of Sexual Assault Programs will help participants develop an awareness of victimization of individuals with disabilities and how assumptions and attitudes toward disability can affect the outcome of services and education. Additionally, the participants will be presented with information on how to increase student safety and what to do if a student with a disability discloses sexual abuse. The workshop is designed for Educators, teachers, counselors, school nurses and advocates who work with disabilities. The NM Counseling & Therapy Practice Board has approved three Counseling Credit Hours. The NM Social Work Board honors the Counseling Board Credits. Provided #0082091. Thursday, June 13: Come and celebrate Fathers Day. There will be a potluck at 12 p.m. Share with us your favorite dish and have fun.

Wednesday, July 3: Let's celebrate Independence Day with a potluck at 12 p.m.

Thursday, July 4: Independence Day. In observance of the holiday, WInC will be closed.

Thursday, July 25: Parents Day Potluck at 12 p.m. Come and join us.

Tuesday, July 30: End of Classes Celebration.Time to come and share with us your achievements. Bring your favorite dish and join the celebration.

Monday, September 2: Labor Day. In observance of the holiday, WInC will be closed.

Monday, September 9: Fall Semester Registration begins. Come and register for your classes from September 9 to September 20. There are many interesting classes.

Thursdays, Oct. 17, 24, 31; Nov. 7, 14, 21; & Dec. 5: Open Enrollment - Medicare from 10:30am to 3pm by Irene Sonora from the Sonora Insurance Group.

Thursday, October 31: Join our Halloween Party and have fun with us at 5 p.m.
